Alex is an incredible agent that we would recommend to all our friends and family to trust with finding your new home. Some of the many great qualities we experienced working with Alex was: he truly listens and feels more like a friend than an "agent", he was patient with us but would turn on his negotiation skills to push back during the sales process, he was knowledgeable and prepared to tell us about the property we were seeing and was ready to add helpful tips or info to understand costs for renos or improvements to suit our tastes, and we never felt pressured from him to just "close the deal". We are in our new home now and we know we couldn't have found this gem without Alex.

Alex was such an amazing help when searching for my current home. I had no idea what I was doing when we first started and Alex held my hand and helped me navigate through the odd market we were in. From initial conversation to closing date, Alex was there the whole way.
